About the service

DSE Workstation is operated by Relaxa UK Limited, trading as Posture Group, registered in England under company number 4530501. Our registered office is Suite 5, Second Floor, 315 Regents Park Road, London, United Kingdom, N3 1DP.

The service provides online workstation training and self-assessments, with reporting tools to help authorised managers review results and follow up on issues.

Authorised use

Use DSE Workstation only where you are authorised to do so and for its intended training, assessment and management purposes. Follow your organisation’s instructions and provide accurate information when completing assessments or updating records.

You must not misuse or interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or access another person’s account or information without permission.

Your account and access

Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share access to your account. Use only the account and permissions assigned to you. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell your organisation’s administrator or contact us.

You may use Google or Microsoft authentication to identify yourself and associate your identity with your DSE Workstation account. Authentication does not give you permission to access information or functions beyond your authorised role.

Personal information

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including information received through Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On.

Organisational agreements

Organisations purchasing DSE Workstation may have separate commercial agreements with Relaxa UK Limited. Where applicable, those agreements govern the commercial provision of the service. These public terms do not replace those agreements.
